ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

DPC is seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Property Manager (APM) with robust experience in commercial real estate. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lakewood and Denver, CO, where the APM will report directly to the Senior Property Manager (Sr. PM) and support her property portfolio. Effective communication and coordination with the Sr. PM are crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, financial management skills, and contractor relations, and should be an organized multitasker capable of swiftly shifting between the diverse duties of the role.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited *****

Supporting lease administration tasks such as lease abstracting.

Aiding in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and budgets.

Overseeing tenant billing and late fees, and managing delinquencies.

Maintaining vendor and property files, including insurance certificates and vendor contracts, in line with company standards.

Handling tenant correspondence and resolving inquiries and concerns.

Collaborating with support staff and maintenance staff to monitor maintenance activities.

Assisting the Sr. PM with property walks and inspections.

Coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs and conducting space walk-throughs with tenants and the construction management department, as needed.

Out-of-state, monthly travel may be required to properties located in Arizona and possibly other states.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

While this position does not include formal supervisory responsibilities, it requires close collaboration and coordination with support staff and building maintenance staff and may involve assigning tasks and coordinating work.
