- Come alongside and participate with parents, in having open communication on what is best for their child, in both care and education.
- Pursue a positive relationship with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, the churches we partner with, and corporate partners.
- Follow all state license rules, maintain a clean classroom and center, and be the best at what you do.
- Be flexible when overseeing any of the classroom needs, including but not limited to supporting employee breaks across any classroom.
- You will provide support to the facility plans, policies, and regulations and communicate these to the staff, parents, and children with Director oversight.
- Assists the Director with staff conduct and carries out personnel policies for Teachers and Aides.
- Develop weekly lesson plans.
· Assist with inventory.
- Tour and enroll children.
- Provide daily caregiving needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

We are looking for someone who. . .
- Is willing to learn and grow as a leader.
· Has a passion for working with young children.
- Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
- Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
- Has completed a college degree or credits in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
- Is able to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
- Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties.
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
- Has the ability to write, speak, and read English fluently.
- Having a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position, daycare, or educational setting is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour based on experience & qualifications.
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- Bachelors or Associate’s in early childhood education or related field (Required)
License/Certification:
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
