Job Role :

● To keep the property in a spick & span space.

● Overseeing all vendor quotations and invoices.

● To keep a check on sanity and the ambience of the property & consumables quality.

● Proven experience in team handling, including (House Keeping Staff, Supervisors)

● To keep a track using appropriate inspection checklists & to detail their findings.

● Maintenance of Water TDS, Sanitaries, Necessary office stationery, electrical plugs & sockets(AC/DC),

● Cafeteria Management, including Pantry staff & Consumables.

● Maintenance of Water security systems, parking, and lights. Basic knowledge of Building materials, Interior design & concept, washrooms & essential toiletries.

● Administer smooth office operations and administration.
