JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Assistant HR and Admin Manager to lead a dynamic team while providing essential support to the Board of Directors. This key role involves overseeing day-to-day HR and administrative operations, managing a small team, and ensuring that both HR and administrative processes run efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on HR and office management tasks, driving continuous improvement and supporting organizational objectives.

Keys Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of HR and administrative staff, ensuring high levels of performance, collaboration, and professional development.

- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture within the HR and administration teams, encouraging team members' growth and development.

- Oversee the daily operations of HR and administrative functions, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Human Resources Support and Administration:

- Handling recruitment and selection process, including managing job postings, conducting initial screenings, and organizing interviews.

- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires and proper exit procedures for departing employees.

- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.

- Administer employee benefits, attendance tracking, and performance management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

- Oversee the maintenance of employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with legal requirements.

- Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

- Ensure in planning and implementing employee training and development initiatives to promote skill-building and career advancement.

Administrative Support:

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks such as office supplies procurement, meetings arrangement, and organizing company events.

- Supervise office operations, ensuring a productive and comfortable work environment for all employees.

- Organize internal and external communications, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.

- Assist in managing office facilities and coordinating with external vendors to ensure the office environment remains efficient and well-maintained.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, office protocols, and corporate standards.

Strategic and Organizational Support:

- Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to the Directors, helping track department performance and key metrics.

- Assist the Director in implementing strategic HR and administrative initiatives that align with company goals.

- Contribute to continuous process improvements, identifying areas where efficiency can be increased or costs reduced within HR and administrative operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and foster a positive, results-driven work environment.

. Proven experience in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and all levels.

. Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and office management procedures.

. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.

. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling tasks and resolving issues.

Working Conditions:

o  Location-Hlaing Township

o  Monday – Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM)

o  Saturday – Sunday (Off)

o  Public Holiday (Off)
