Job Summary:
To cope with bank transformation, we are looking for a candidate to support the daily activities in Corporate Services Department and welling to develop the career path.
The key role of Business Administration Assistant Manage is responsible managing car-pool related services, Banquet Services Support, processing invoice payment, accounting related to office expense and preparing payment to Finance for settlement.
Also, to assist the Contract Management & Know Your Supplier (KYV) regular due diligence review under Non-IT commodity. We are responsible for planning the timeline and solution if encounter any issue during the KYV process.
What you will be doing:
Handle car booking requests and arrange license renewal of the vehicles
Verify the daily car-pool activities (ie. Gasoline & distance usage report)
Plan, organize, and support recreational activities (if any) for the bank
Handle monthly business reporting
Handle purchase orders and arrange payment
Assist to manage various administration
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years experienct in KYV .
Preferably with vendor managment experience
Good team player, with excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skill, with ability to influence and collaborate.
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
