As an Assistant Manager – Chairman’s Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and strategic coordination within the Chairman’s Office. Reporting to the Managing Director – Development, Chairman’s Office, you will oversee high-level administrative functions, facilitate
effective communication
between executive stakeholders, and support key strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for managing office operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that executive directives are efficiently executed.

. Key
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s Office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Ensure smooth execution of office functions, optimizing processes where necessary.
Serve as the main liaison between the Chairman’s Office and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure seamless
communication
between the Managing Director and other departments. Draft and review official correspondence, reports, and key documentation. Follow up on important action items, ensuring timely execution.
Manage and coordinate executive meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared. Take minutes during meetings and track progress on action points when required. Organize travel arrangements, event logistics, and official engagements for senior executives. Support high-profile visits and official delegations as required. Assist in managing and executing key corporate initiatives and strategic projects. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Provide operational support for executive-level projects and assignments. Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.  #J-18808-Ljbffr
