Ensure punctuality andattendance of assigned staff; document any instances of tardinessor absence.
Coordinate breaks for assignedstaff and distribute assignment sheets, providing guidance onpriorities.
Allocate designated guest roomkeys and
communication
devices to assigned staff, maintainingaccurate records and ensuring keysecurity.
Communicate any changes or additionsto the assignment sheets as they arise during theshift.
Conduct regular inspections of floorclosets to assess supplylevels.
Qualifications Ideallywith a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourismmanagement.
Minimum 2 Years Work Experience Hotel Operations.
