Position: Assistant, Worldwide TV Distribution
Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution to support the President, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution. This role will serve as a key administrative and operational partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination while contributing to the overall efficiency of the global distribution team.

Responsibilities
 Manage the President’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and events, while proactively identifying and resolving conflicts
 Prepare, compile, and distribute meeting materials and agendas in advance of internal and external meetings
 Provide full administrative support, including managing phones, coordinating domestic and international travel, and processing expense reports
 Coordinate and distribute screeners and submission materials to clients and internal stakeholders
 Attend internal meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-ups to ensure timely execution of action items
 Support the planning and execution of special events, including managing guest lists, invitations, logistics, and on-site coordination
 Assist the Worldwide Distribution team with data-driven projects, including maintaining and updating spreadsheets and reports
 Serve as a liaison across internal departments and external partners as needed
 Interface with high-profile external clients and internal executives maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
 Qualifications and Skills
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
 Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
 Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
 Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
