Responsibilities
Office setting, readily available to assist and back up other admins for support
Mobility LPO
IT support
Manage calendar for conference rooms
Reception backup support UNY RDS backup
Review and sign weekly uniform invoices
Maintain market contact list and org charts
LOE/HHC/Pepsi Direct backup
Compile call deck for periodic conference calls
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $30,000-30,900
Expected hourly pay is $20-$20.5 an hour for the role.
Expected working hours per week are 29 hours for the role.
Working schedule: Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 2/ 3:30pm

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Part-time employees’ vacation time will be prorated based on the number of hours worked. Qualifications
High School diploma
1-2 years of administrative experience
