We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Client Services. Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service & Delivery team and its’ growth.
Scope:
- Manage assigned client accounts and stay updated on the status of key service deliverables.
- Assist with client, internal, and external communications to ensure timely coordination and smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate with the team members to enhance knowledge of the basis of the services provided to the client.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients to support long-term engagement and client satisfaction.
- Manage the client’s portfolio in relation to corporate secretarial (CoSec) compliance, including quarterly LKPM reporting, Annual General Meetings of Shareholders, and other corporate secretarial services within the scope of services.
- Proactively coordinate with the Line Manager to strengthen knowledge about services offered and gain exposure to upselling and cross-selling practices, contributing to an improved overall client experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and submission of client deliverables.
- Ensure alignment with the service delivery team regarding timely and accurate submissions of statutory reports in compliance with local regulations and internal procedures.
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for clients, including the incorporation of companies, preparation of board/shareholder resolutions, and maintaining statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Client Onboarding Process, including KYC (Know Your Customer) process and actively participate in gathering and verifying required client documentation in accordance with internal policies.
- Assist in maintaining communication with clients via email and follow-up on deliverables and information requests.
- Escalate any client-related concerns or delays to the Line Manager for timely resolution.
- Responsible for the invoicing process and support the Accounts Receivable function as needed.
- Participate in internal meetings and support client discussions as required.
- Proactively to attend internal and external trainings to develop knowledge on the services provided.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Law / Business Management and/or Communication is preferred
- Fresh graduate and/or minimum 1 years of working experience in the same field
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time in management and task prioritization.
- Dependable and responsible in following through with assigned tasks.
- Capable to work independently on routine tasks and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across functions
