FLRAA Contracts
Bring your experience and ideas and help us support the V280 contract. You’ll be responsible for the receipt, distribution, logging, archiving of all correspondence, and maintain records and files.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Associate Contracts Administrator
Provides administrative support to Contracts Managers and associated staff.
Responsible for the receipt, distribution, logging, and archiving of all contract correspondence.
Prepares and processes documents, incoming/outgoing correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintains Contracts records and files.
Review terms and conditions of contractual/requirement documents.
Assist in basic contract administration from contract award to contract closeout, which may include: notification of contract award, coordination of requirements, contract notifications to customer, identification and resolution of changes, monitor funding and expenditures, facilitation of invoicing, coordination of all import/export licenses and authorizations, documentation of delivery/completion to the customer, and contract closeout.
Assess, maintain, and utilize Bell information management systems for reports/metrics, correspondence, files, presentations, analyses, and contract administration.
Interfaces with internal (including Executive Management) and external customers.
Supports special assignments and projects.
Demonstrate good customer relationship management skills.
Skills You Bring to This Role
Ability to work effectively in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and with specialized systems (e.g. SAP).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with customer and representatives from other departments.
Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize a variety of assignments.
What You Need to be Successful
Bachelor’s degree is required
1+ years of relevant work experience in managing correspondence, creating reports and metrics, and maintaining management systems is preferred but not required.
