Role Summary
The Associate – Corporate Administration supports the delivery of corporate secretarial and administrative services to a portfolio of clients. The role involves assisting in statutory compliance, meeting coordination, and maintaining company records while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing Board, committee, and shareholder meetings, including preparing notices, agendas, and supporting documents
- Attend meetings where required and support the drafting of minutes, resolutions, and follow-up documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records and statutory registers (physical and electronic platforms)
- Support the preparation of Board packs and ensure timely distribution
- Track action points from meetings and follow up with relevant stakeholders until completion
- Perform day-to-day corporate secretarial administrative tasks across assigned entities
- Assist with statutory filings and liaise with relevant authorities under guidance
- Support the incorporation process, including bank account opening and documentation
- Assist in processing basic payment instructions in line with internal procedures
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties across jurisdictions for routine matters
- Provide administrative and operational support to Fund Services team and compliance team as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in corporate administration, company secretarial, or a similar environment
- Degree in Law, Management, Accounting & Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Progress toward ICSA / CGI or STEP qualification is advantageous
- Basic understanding of local company law and AML regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and corporate administration systems
