Role Summary

The Associate – Corporate Administration supports the delivery of corporate secretarial and administrative services to a portfolio of clients. The role involves assisting in statutory compliance, meeting coordination, and maintaining company records while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing Board, committee, and shareholder meetings, including preparing notices, agendas, and supporting documents
  • Attend meetings where required and support the drafting of minutes, resolutions, and follow-up documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records and statutory registers (physical and electronic platforms)
  • Support the preparation of Board packs and ensure timely distribution
  • Track action points from meetings and follow up with relevant stakeholders until completion
  • Perform day-to-day corporate secretarial administrative tasks across assigned entities
  • Assist with statutory filings and liaise with relevant authorities under guidance
  • Support the incorporation process, including bank account opening and documentation
  • Assist in processing basic payment instructions in line with internal procedures
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties across jurisdictions for routine matters
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Fund Services team and compliance team as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in corporate administration, company secretarial, or a similar environment
  • Degree in Law, Management, Accounting & Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • Progress toward ICSA / CGI or STEP qualification is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of local company law and AML regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and corporate administration systems
