Role Description
Assoc II – TA (Hiring Manager) Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding activities. Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sourcing and screening candidates. Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
