ABOUT THE TOTAL REWARDS GROUP DEPARTMENT

  • The Total Rewards department is responsible for building, designing, and managing the total rewards strategy (including Compensation, Benefits, Bonuses, and Performance Management) for member entities within Scommerce Group.
  • Applying a data-driven approach and technology, the Total Rewards team provides deep analytical insights to balance optimal cost control with creating a competitive, engaging working environment that supports the Group’s sustainable growth.

JOB OVERVIEW

In this position, you will report directly to the Group Total Rewards Director. You will have full autonomy to build and operate the Total Rewards system (compensation, benefits, performance management) for 01 large company or multiple small companies (including operating entities or newly established ones) within Scommerce Group, ensuring competitive policies, legal compliance, and budget optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Compensation & Benefits Management (Weight: 35%)

  • Develop, implement, and maintain salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits policies aligned with business characteristics, scale, and development stages of the assigned entities.
  • Conduct periodic market salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Handle case-by-case compensation changes (salary proposals, income design for new roles) and broad-scale changes (periodic merit adjustments, allowances, performance bonuses, etc.).

2. Cost Management & Reporting (Weight: 35%)

  • Manage the entire HR budget for the assigned units (salaries, bonuses, benefits, etc.), ensuring a balance between cost control and investment for growth.
  • Track, leverage, and analyze HR data (costs, headcount planning, productivity, earnings, etc.).
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc analytical reports to the Group Total Rewards Director and Leadership Team of assigned entities to support decision-making.

3. Performance Management (Weight: 15%)

  • Coordinate with HRBPs and Leadership Teams of assigned entities to set up and operate the performance evaluation system (KPI/OKR), ensuring individual targets align closely with business goals.
  • Monitor periodic performance review cycles, consolidate results, and propose adjustments suitable for each entity’s characteristics.
  • Develop and improve recognition and promotion policies tied directly to performance results.

4. Compliance & Operational Support (Weight: 10%)

  • Ensure compensation and benefits policies across assigned entities comply with Vietnamese Labor Law and current legal regulations.
  • Support newly established entities in developing internal rules and compensation regulations that meet legal requirements right from the start.
  • Work closely with the Group Total Rewards team on joint initiatives and projects.

5. Other Tasks (Weight: 5%)

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Total Rewards Director or Entity Leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), with at least 2 years of practical experience in designing and implementing Total Rewards programs (job evaluation, salary benchmarking, salary structure design, performance management, incentive design, etc.).
  • Preferred candidate experience in a similar role in Hightech, Transportation & Logistics, Warehousing, E-commerce, or FMCG industries.

2. Skills

  • Communication & Collaboration (Mandatory): Excellent communication skills to work effectively with HRBPs, Entity Leadership, and related departments (Finance, Legal, etc.).
  • Project Management & Product Development (Mandatory): Lead and execute projects/products from concept to operation, ensuring progress, quality, and flexible adaptability.
  • AI Application (Mandatory): Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to support data analysis, drafting documents, and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Data Analytics (Preferred):
  • Proficient in SQL for querying, processing, and analyzing HR data from HRIS systems and MyQuery.
  • Ability to build reporting dashboards on Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Proficient in complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and data modeling using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Mindset & Qualities: Analytical mindset, data-driven orientation; proactive, highly responsible, dynamic, and capable of working under high pressure in a fast-growing environment.

3. Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • In-depth understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law and relevant legal regulations regarding labor policies, compensation, insurance, and benefits.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Work Location: Rivera Park Building, 7/28 Thanh Thai, Dien Hong Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Working Hours: 05 days/week (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM), flexible according to job nature. Short-term nationwide business trips may be required as needed.
