Asst. Ecommerce Manager

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in hotel, villa, travel, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Familiar with OTA platforms, booking platforms, and online sales channels.
- Good understanding of online promotions, pricing, campaigns, and revenue optimization.
- Able to monitor and manage room rates, availability, promotions, and online content.
- Familiar with OTA extranet systems and channel managers is preferred.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor sales performance, occupancy, revenue, and online booking trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online distribution channels.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
