General administrative support inthe development and organization of fixtures, activitiestournaments and events
Support space booking requirements andrequests, organizes travel logistics and equipment needs andmonitors and maintains records and materials accurately accordingto relevant policies and processes
Effectively contributes to thedepartment’s calendars and scheduling documentation alongside thedepartments booking and reservation system and other utilizedsoftware functionality
Also supports the organization of Coach/Instructor
training and development
