ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
To support Kontoor Brand's Responsible Sourcing operation by inputting audit data in various tracking systems including compliance audit application, SharePoint, Smartsheet and Excel for reporting analysis. Data validation and report compilation are integral part of the data management process.
Need at least intermediary knowledge on SharePoint & Smartsheet & Power BI. Work experience as Data Entry Operator in any discipline will be preferable.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
You will be critical in delivering these activities but not limited to:
- Audit Application Management
- Audit scheduling
- Maintain Critical Life Safety Audit Master Tracker & Critical Life Safety CAP Progress Tracker
- Corporate Social Responsibility Score Card compilation
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Responsible Sourcing team
- Generate operational and analysis reports for user and team review
Key Area of Responsibility:
- Input correct data within specified timeline. Data cleansing and report preparation in prescribed format. Digital data library maintenance

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
- Relevant experience – 2 years
- Strong sense of responsibilities
- Willing to learn and can adapt to new technologies within short period
- Good time – management skill with ability to complete assigned tasks on time with good quality
- Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office software including Power BI, Excel, Power Point, Word and Smartsheet
- Experience in sourcing and ERP systems will be an advantage
- Work experience as Data Entry Operator in any discipline will be preferable

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree
Subject Expert In: Any
