- Accounting Experience REQUIRED
- Prior Dealership Office Manager Experience is a PLUS
- Experience as an Office Manager, Controller, Bookkeeper, Accounts Payable/Receivable & Biller in a DEALERSHIP Setting is a PLUS

We are seeking an Automotive Office Manager with ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE. We are seeking an Automotive Office Manager, or the right individual with STRONG ACCOUNTING experience for this role.
Ideal Office Manager Candidates:
- Dealership Office Manager or Dealership Office Experience in an Accounting, Billing and Account Management Role is a PLUS (Office Manager, Controller, Bookkeeper, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Biller-Title Clerk-qualifies if you have acted in a back-up capacity for one of the previously mentioned accounting focused roles)
- 2+ Years of Accounting Experience Required
- Bookkeeping Experience
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Experience
- Experience with Invoicing, Billing, & Record Keeping
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop
- Payroll Processing Experience
- High Attention to Detail
- Proper Phone Etiquette
- Strong Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal
- Good Computer Skills (Excel and Microsoft Office)
- Good Typing Skills
- Ability to Multitask
- Familiarity with Social Media Posting (Instagram, Facebook) a PLUS
- Reliable, Dependable, Responsible, Punctual
- Trustworthy for Handling Confidential Information
- Enthusiasm, Can-Do Optimism and Old-School Work Ethic Important
We Offer:
- Generous SALARY of $50,000 to $70,000/yr (based on experience/qualifications)
- 5 Day Work Week (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm/6pm)
