About the job
Oversees end‑to‑end Banca administrative operations, including commission management, reporting, campaign support, and financial governance. The role serves as the main liaison with partner banks and vendors, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant processes while driving operational improvements and supporting key departmental initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact person for all matters related to Banca administration, reporting, and departmental initiatives.
- Oversee and manage the end‑to‑end administration of commission processing and agency compensation for partner banks.
- Ensure accurate computation of agency compensation and timely delivery of reports and payments in accordance with the agreed service level agreement (SLA).
- Monitor and resolve reconciliation items promptly to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with partner banks and vendors on sales campaigns, events, and related administrative support.
- Ensure full adherence to the tender process, including preparation of analyses and assessments to support tender evaluations and awarding.
- Prepare budget approval papers and oversee the monitoring, tracking, and processing of payments for sales campaigns and events.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to Finance.
- Provide strong analytical support and reporting insights to management for decision-making.
- Support issue troubleshooting and resolution related to administrative processes, commissions, or reporting.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely management reports.
- Understand system functionalities, gather business requirements, and conduct system testing for agency commission, compensation, and MIS reporting modules.
- Identify and implement process improvements for sales campaign administration, budget management, and overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are updated promptly and accurately.
- Actively support and participate in departmental initiatives and projects.
- Lead the team in projects or assignments delegated by management.
We are looking for people with
- Tertiary education in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields.
- Professional qualifications such as DMII, FLMI, or LOMA are preferred.
- Strong understanding of life insurance concepts.
- Leadership capabilities with experience leading teams or project groups.
- Project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Experience in agency compensation management within Bancassurance or life insurance environment.
- Familiarity with tender processes and event management.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present insights effectively.
