Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to
join our team
as a KYC Process Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Central Know Your Customer (CKYC) processes within the organization. This role requires proficient coordination skills, strong
attention to detail
, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrutinize forms for the KRA & CKYC process to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Scan, crop images, and upload documents in the KRA & CKYC systems.
Input client details accurately into the KRA & CKYC databases.
Maintain excel files for KRA & CKYC records.
Update KRA status & CKYC numbers in LD & LDCCM systems.
Coordinate effectively with CVL, NDML, CAMS & KARVY support teams.
View, fetch, and upload KYC documents to CVL / NDML / CAMS / KARVY KRA systems.
Reconcile and update the client database on CVL-KRA, CKYC with every modification.
Ensure a fast and accurate typing speed for efficient data entry.
Perform individual and non-individual form checking for compliance and accuracy.
Candidates residing near Colaba location preferred.
Online Reactivation:
Conduct client checking videos as per guidelines.
Verify clients’ 6 KYC attributes accurately.
View, fetch, and upload KYC documents to CVL / NDML / CAMS / KARVY KRA systems.
Activate client code on BSE & NSE websites and update UCC accordingly.
Update client status & segment activation in LD software
Maintain MIS for reactivation processes.
Reconcile and update the client database on CVL-KRA, CKYC with every modification.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in KYC process coordination or similar roles within the financial industry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a
team environment
.
Attention to detail
and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
