▌ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end back-office operations including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Oversee account opening, upgrades, and closure processes in line with KYC/AML policies
- Coordinate with payment service providers on transaction settlements and chargebacks
- Perform daily reconciliation of client funds across trading and payment platforms
- Liaise with compliance and legal on client account flags, freezes, and disputes
- Manage and train a small back-office operations team
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation or workflow improvements
- Maintain up-to-date SOPs for all back-office functions
▌ Requirements
- 4+ years of back-office operations experience in a CFD/forex broker
- Strong understanding of PSP integrations, FX settlement, and fund flow
- Knowledge of KYC/AML frameworks and regulatory obligations
- Proficiency in back-office platforms and payment dashboards
- Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
