Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service and act as support agent to CB/FI clients on day to day enquiry on payment & cash Management products.
- Liaison between TB Helpdesk and various stakeholders; internal and external and various units in Cash Management until resolution of problem.
- Support BRM on KYC tasks such as account onboarding, account maintenance and documentation handling for both CB and FI Customers.
- Support BRM on FI related admin works.
- Support tax payment facilitation to CB customers.
