Job Description:

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Experience:

2 to 4 years

The Benefits Coordinator provides the primary administrative and support for Diversified’s global benefits. The Benefits Coordinator’s responsibilities include employee

communication

, day-to-day activities of the group benefits programs- health & welfare benefits, retirement plans,

wellness

and ancillary benefits, and

communication

and compliance activities.

The Benefits Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the Diversified Benefits function to continue providing a world-class

benefits package

by assisting with the administration and coordination of available benefit programs and initiatives.

Job Duties:

Ongoing benefits administration for local and/or global countries in support of the Global Benefits Team strategy.

Compile data and complete billing processes related to insurance plans.

Benefits vendor management for issues, claims, policy renewals, invoices etc.

Assist employees with leave administration, claims, pension, global travel, EAP, medical card etc.

Update and distribute plan forms and employee communications.

Assist in the management of online benefit information including posting, reviewing, and maintaining content on the company intranet.

Coordination and support of Global Benefits Team projects.

Monitor and respond to benefits queries from the benefits mailbox. Escalate complex issues for discussion with the Global Benefits Team process owner.

Work directly with employees, managers, and HR / Benefit SMEs to support India and other Region Benefits administration.

Support employee benefit enrollment globally by working with employees, broker, and insurer.

Coordinate payroll enrollment contribution set-up processes, and invoice reconciliation to ensure tracking, audit, approvals, and AP processing are completed.

Draft benefit,

wellness

, and

education

related communications. Maintain intranet content as needed to support Global Benefits Team.

Participate in benefit-oriented activities such open enrollment process,

collaborative team

projects impacting benefits, required government reporting and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Knowledge of fundamental global and/or local benefits concepts and practices/procedures.

Working experience

with

employee benefits

, HRIS benefits systems, etc.

Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

, interpersonal skills, and analytical/

problem-solving skills

.

Must have the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and external vendors.

Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions of the workstream within a

fast-paced environment

This position requires strong

and organizational skills.

Must be a professional, self-starter, and willing to be flexible.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
