Position: Bid Coordinator for Prairies Region
Join the team as a Bid Coordinator for the Prairies region and support bid processes onsite and remotely. Collaborate with estimators and sales teams to fulfill client quotes effectively.

In this role, work closely with Calgary and other Prairies offices. You will coordinate bids, manage requests from all three provinces, and help with administrative tasks at the Calgary office. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of the sales process by using Salesforce for bid tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate bids for three Prairies provinces

• Input data into Salesforce and assign it to estimators

• Present weekly calendars of bidding jobs in Salesforce

• Assist the Sales Manager with analytics and dashboards

• Answer calls and greet visitors at the Calgary office

Requirements:

• Knowledge of previous sales platforms for Salesforce mastery

• Willingness to engage with the Calgary office team

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Experience in administrative support roles

• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
