Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Project Coordinator to join our non-profit client in Toronto for a 6 month contract.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French and will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Bilingual Project Coordinator will work closely with team members, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Coordinate and manage stakeholder meetings and communication
Assists with any administrative or coordinating tasks related to on going projects
Qualifications and Skills
A degree or diploma in a related field
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Fully Bilingual in English & French
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
