Position: Billing Administrator (Contract)

This is a contract opportunity: 3-6 months.

As our Billing Administrator, you will:

Manage the Work Order and Project billings

Use SAP / Salesforce to issue pay applications to clients as agreed

Work Closely with the Project Admin and Operational teams to produce timely and accurate invoices

Conduct monthly reconciliations, analysis, and reports

Ensure understanding of admin/billing contents of the project contract

Ensure processes outlined in various contracts are being adhered to

Manage markup/rates on billings

Update end to end details in client portal

Other administrative and project related tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 plus years of experience in a similar role

Basic understanding of accounting (debits/credits)

Experience in a similar environment would be an asset

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce software an asset

Excellent written and verbal communication

Excellent analytical, time management and organization skills

Superior attention to detail

Team player with the ability to work independently

Ability to handle strict deadlines and work under pressure

Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude

High respect for confidentiality and a high level of sound and independent judgement, reasoning, and discretion
