Invoicing and Administrative Manager

This position is involved in every aspect of the business. Our Office & Invoicing Manager is the right hand person for the owner regarding business, financial and administrative matters. This position is critical to the company and ensures invoicing is being completed accurately and in a timely manner. is responsible for AR, accounts for all credit card charges, assists accounting in administrative tasks, and works with Operations closely.

If you are a resourceful, upbeat, detailed oriented person with direct experience being a service writer or invoicing manager for a diesel truck or auto repair operation, then this is the position for you.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service writer or invoicing manager with a diesel truck or auto repair company.

Solid communications skills

A “Can-Do” attitude and high attention to detail

You possess:

Solid computer skills including MS Office and ability to learn other office applications.

Experience analyzing and collecting B-to-B accounts receivable… (This represents less than 5% of the job)

Reconciling credit card charges.

Enjoys and takes pride in completing multi-functional tasks such as: (· Registering vehicles with the DMV., Coordinating new hires on-boarding paperwork, making bank deposits, managing express toll account, coordinating employee benefits, other tasks as required)

Job Type: Full Time – 40 hours a week

Pay: $60k to $80k
