We are searching for a Billing and Support Assistant tojoin our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

Draft and send work orders and account change documentation to existing customers.

Monitor email and voicemail.

Enter Support Tickets for existing customers.

Answer and route phone calls to appropriate team members.

Resolve basic billing questions andcustomer careinquiries from existing customers.

Contribute to internalprocess improvementinitiatives.

General administrative and internal support duties.

Skills &

Competencies:

Outstandingcommunication, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong understanding of web-based software applications (SaaS).

Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF editing software.

Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Excellent computer skills and tech savvy.

Self-motivated and dependable in a remotework environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft products.

Ability to clearly and professionally communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and customers of all personality types.

Experience in a customer success role is a plus.

Ability to stay focused and positive in a high energy environment.
