Overview
Kelley Kronenberg’s Accounting Department is looking for a Billing Coordinator to join their growing team. The Billing Coordinator manages and executes attorney billing, updates and streamlines the accounting software, and navigates various billing websites. Maintains contact with attorneys, staff, vendors, and clients while observing confidentiality of client and firm matters.
Responsibilities:
Manages daily and monthly billing.
Reviews and edits pre-bills.
Executes complex bills in a timely manner.
Reviews and verifies accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required.
Researches and responds to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems.
Creates monthly reports.
Updates and maintains websites and billing portal for client billing.
Applies billing policies and client guidelines.
Utilizes computerized accounting software programs.
Required Education and Experience:
3+ years of experience or related training.
MS Office Suite Knowledge.
