BMW of Bridgeport has an opening for full-time service coordinator. Seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with an upbeat personality who is detail-oriented with a professional appearance and excellent phone etiquette.

Must have exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal communication, customer service and multi-tasking skills. Play a key role in maintaining the stores’ reputation and image while showing a strong desire to serve our client’s needs. Ideal candidates will have the ability to be flexible in a team-orientedwork environment, are driven to succeed, learn and grow within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and inquiries for multiple departments and direct calls to appropriate personnel

Assist customers in any aspect of conversation in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner while delivering a premium customer service experience

Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments

Make outbound courtesy and follow-up calls

Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed

Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned

Provide support to service / sales / parts staff and managers as needed

Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Be dependable and punctual

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

One year previous call center or phone experience is preferred

High School Graduate or equivalent

Must be at least 18-years-old

Pass a 7 year criminal background check and drug screen

Bi-Lingual not required, but preferred

Must be able to work 1-2 Saturdays per month
