Full Job Description
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BMW AND MINI SERVICE CASHIER:
A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive “team-player” attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to calculating, processing, and reconciling customer invoices, payments, and dealership deposits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and Saturdays
Hours:
Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm
Saturday 7:45 am – 4 pm (Rotational)
Reynolds & Reynolds computer experience a plus
Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
Professional personal appearance
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
