POSITION INFO:
Our client, a leading and expanding motor dealership group is looking for a dynamic Bookings Clerk to join their busy Pinetown dealership.
As a Bookings Clerk, you will be the bridge between customers and the workshop, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently, queries are handled professionally, and the workshop team has everything they need to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage service bookings efficiently
- Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate service records and administrative logs
- Assist with general service department functions and customer queries
- Support workshop operations and ensure adherence to internal standards
Requirements:
- Matric
- Reliable transport
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment
- Experience in Kerridge highly advantageous
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work Saturday's (1/2 Day) on a rotational basis
