Title: Brand Admin/Operations Admin | Fashion Retail

Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Prepare transfer documents when there is stock transferring
- Book transportation for stock consolidation/replenishment and follow up to make sure schedule is on track
- Handle paying document for imported products
- Handle document and work with logistics team to return defects to principle
- Apply promotion license for brand’s activities
- Handle Administrative requests for brand (cash is advance, purchase order, requisition, contracts, stationery order, scotch tape, carton box,…) and follow up until approved + ensure sufficient stocks
- Order Administrative tasks for the brand.
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 2 year experienced (prioritize candidates who have experiences in fashion retail or cosmetic)
- College/university graduation
- Good at Microsoft Office, Excel excellence
- Integrity, honesty, carefulness
- Hard working and open to learn
- Good communication.
