Your Mission
Make Fiskor impossible to ignore online.
We need someone who can:
- Shoot
- Edit
- Post
- Create strong hooks
- Follow trends
- Tell stories
- Build organic traction
- Generate leads
- Keep creating even when videos flop
This is NOT a job for someone who only makes posters and schedules posts.
You will own Fiskor’s organic content channels.
What you will Create
Think:
- Behind the scenes
- Factory content
- Founder journey
- Staff moments
- Product launches
- Retail visits
- Customer reactions
- Street interviews
- Trends & memes
- Snack challenges
- Brand stories
- Viral experiments
Your job is to constantly ask:
“Can this become content?”

- Loves TikTok & Reels
- Understands the first 1–3 second hook
- Can shoot and edit independently
- Is confident with people
- Is not camera shy
- Has endless content ideas
- Moves fast
- Understands internet culture
- Doesn’t wait to be told what to do

Experience is good.
Creator instinct is more important.
