Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Building Maintenance Staff role located in Tangerang. The Building Maintenance Staff is responsible for conducting routine inspections of building facilities, performing minor repairs, and coordinating with external vendors or technicians when specialized maintenance is needed. Daily tasks include monitoring electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring common areas and building equipment are kept in good working order. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, documenting maintenance activities, and supporting other operational needs related to building upkeep.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic building maintenance tasks, including minor repairs to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Skills in facility inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting common building issues.
- Capability to use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility for cleanliness, safety, and orderly building environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to follow maintenance schedules, record work performed, and adhere to company procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang and respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs.
- Previous experience in building or facility maintenance is preferred; vocational or technical education in a related field is an advantage.
