Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Manager (Sales Focus) to oversee the administrative and operational aspects of our sales department. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of sales plans, optimizing processes, managing reporting, and supporting leadership with strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business administration, operations, or project management, with an understanding of sales processes but without needing a pure sales background.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Operations
Oversee the execution of sales strategies and initiatives by coordinating with internal teams.
Manage CRM systems, sales documentation, contracts, and compliance processes.
Ensure sales reporting accuracy, including performance metrics, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
Develop and streamline administrative workflows to support sales efficiency.
Process & Project Management
Implement and improve sales operations procedures to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, and operations.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to leadership.
Maintain clear documentation of sales processes, policies, and administrative guidelines.
Administrative Support & Leadership
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting related to sales.
Support leadership with data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
Serve as the key administrative point of contact between sales, finance, and logistics.
Ensure all administrative functions of the sales department are handled efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business administration, sales operations, or project management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on execution and efficiency.
Experience managing CRM systems, reporting tools, and administrative workflows.
Ability to communicate effectively across teams and support leadership with data-driven insights.
Experience in a sales-driven organization is a plus, but direct sales experience is not required.
