Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage PETRONAS License Renewal (PLMS) for all companies.
- Monitor PETRONAS SMART by GEP for market surveys, pre-qualification, RFIs, RFQs, ITBs and tender opportunities.
- Register with new clients and maintain/update company information in client portals.
- Follow up on upcoming tenders, RFQs and coordinate with the Business Development (BD) Team.
- Manage renewal and application of CIDB, NIOSH, MOF, SPAN, TNB and other relevant licenses/certifications.
- Coordinate company registrations, certificates and statutory requirements with relevant authorities.
- Assist the MD in business development, tender and client-related matters.
- Manage MD’s personal files, documents, confidential matters and MD’s personal administrative matters, including credit card payments, summons, insurance, certificates and memberships.
- Arrange and coordinate MD’s annual medical check-ups at IJN/KPJ.
- Manage renewal of MD’s BEM and other professional association memberships.
- Prepare and submit MD’s monthly expenses claims under IOSV.
- Perform other duties and administrative support as assigned by the MD.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
- Relevant experience in Business Development, Tender/Contract Administration, Oil & Gas or Personal Assistant roles is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of PETRONAS, CIDB and government/client registration processes is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential matters.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Malaysian citizen preferred.
