A day in the life.
Responsible for managing the BI Training Program for Client Service Representatives (CSRs). Work closely with the BI Management team to achieve MMA’s strategic learning and development goals for CSRs. The BI Technical Trainer will design, implement and monitor the BI Technical Training Program and oversee the implementation of various initiatives as defined with MMA’s strategic plan. You will confer with and actively engage the management team to keep leadership informed of significant matters where their oversight is essential.
As our BI Technical Trainer, you will:
Be able to perform the CSR role at a high level / Float where needed to backup CSRs on PTO or leave
Collaborate with BI managers to develop and execute the BI Training Program for CSRs
Leverage and improve foundational curriculum for new hire onboarding and ongoing training
Develop training content and user guides with regard to system functionality, best practices, and workflows related to all CSR Tasks & Responsibilities
Serve as a trainer, mentor, technical resource and subject matter expert to CSRs
Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees, addressing any questions or challenges they may encounter
Evalute the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making improvements as necessary
Collaborate with managers to fully understand technical skill gaps, and individual knowledge opportunities and training needs.
Collaborate with managers to create agenda for CSR team meetings based on training needs identified.
Be the EPIC Champion for CSRs
Confer with and actively engages management and leadership. Keeps leaders effectively informed of all significant training and development matters, advise where their oversight is essential, or their insight is helpful.
Provide general direction to assure compliance with insurance regulation and other laws; keeps informed of any new legislation that may impact the business; and establishes overall policy for effective representation of the Company.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or minimum of 5-8 years of BI Account Management experience including systems, compliance, and various client size.
Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong management and demonstrated team-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to effectively build and maintain positive and trusted working relationships with management and peers.
Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Learning and Development experience preferred but not required.
Proficiency in MS office applications required.
Strong proficiency with current softwares and platforms is required
