SUMMARY
:
Maintain a positive relationship with residents and co-workers while providing support to the business office of SMC and OMC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides customer service to all residents

Maintains post office inventory of stamps, mails packages, balances the post office money box daily and manages metered postage monthly

Responsible for tracking cash boxes daily:
Post Office and Gift Shop

Accepts and logs payments from Residents

Responsible for deposits, inventory and daily cash drawer management for the SMC Gift Shop

Assist with reservations and payments for Festival Green Clubhouse rentals.

Reports and logs all volunteer hours, distributes green vouchers to volunteers.

Distribute daily incoming mail and packages in a timely manner.

Assist with ordering and stocking of the Gift Shop.

Print and distribute weekly menus, calendars, event flyers.

Keep records of all pet registrations and annual pet renewals.

Monthly deposits for the Chapel.

Attend Scottish Rite Monthly Council meeting.

Attend biweekly Aging in Place meetings.

Assist IL Housing Manager with tasks as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
:
Associate Degree in Business or equivalent; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
