Job Description:

Assist residents and their families with the application process to determine potential eligibility for Medicaid to include the completion of applicable forms and collection of all necessary documents
Reviewing income and discussing payment options as it related to Medicaid eligibility & Private Pay
Updating systems to ensure accuracy and keep deadlines with Tenncare, the billing company and other facility vendors
Ability to perform a variety of tasks while interacting with residents, family members and collaborating with coworkers
