We are looking for an organised, resourceful and commercially minded Business Support Assistant to help support our day-to-day operations.
About the role
As a Business Support Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the smooth running of the business across administration, operations, research and project coordination.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, is naturally organised, and has a passion for producing work of the highest standard. You will work closely with the leadership team, helping to improve efficiency, conduct research, prepare business documents and support the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
The ideal candidate is proactive, articulate, highly organised and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
- Manage calendars, meetings and business correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business documents.
- Conduct market, competitor and supplier research.
- Coordinate internal projects and monitor deadlines.
- Maintain business records, databases and CRM systems.
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and partners.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Organise digital files and improve internal processes.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as required.

Experience in business support, administration, operations or project coordination is preferred. Previous exposure to luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle services or premium brands would be advantageous but is not essential.
