Role Overview

To support the finance, commercial and operation teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with all credit note requests from customers, following up with Commercial and Stock team to investigate complaints including quality, shorts and picking errors.
  • Full responsibility for POD’s, making sure all are on file and following up on any discrepancies. Working with transport and warehouse on any issues.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports as required and communicate to General Manager and Head of Commercial.
  • Be part of project team with Warehouse and Finance/Admin team on system projects.
  • Admin support to Commercial team as required.
  • HR point of contact for the Business Unit – return to work, annual leave tracking, UKG etc.
  • Gather relevant technical information when onboarding new suppliers.
  • Assisting AP/Admin as required.
  • Keeping all transport/warehouse records up to date – maintaining vehicle register and flagging any issues with lease company/mechanic.
  • Provide Annual Leave Cover for AP, Admin, Finance.
  • Role/task list will evolve as completed projects reduce current tasks (such as scanning POD’s).
