Pertemps is currently recruiting multiple candidates for a temporary summer assignment as a Call Centre Administrator based in Northampton.
Hours:
8:30-5 pm (37 hours a week)
Contract:
Temp from June – September
Hourly rate: £12.21
Duties
:
– Efficiently and professionally handle full and part-time course applications and general student enquires.
– Lead course groups through the online enrolment process.
– Identify, chase, and escalate non-completions.
– Assist with interviewing and enrolling students.
– Support with transport and accommodation for new students
Requirements:
– Excellent
communication
and customer service skills
– Excellent IT skills with the ability to use a range of Microsoft packages
– Availability for early evening and weekend work
– Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
