SummaryWe're looking for a Campaign / Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our music marketing campaigns end to end. You'll be the operational backbone – keeping campaigns on track, monitoring performance, and making sure nothing slips.
Surge Music runs marketing campaigns for the world's biggest artists and record labels.
What We're Looking For:
– Based in Kuala Lumpur and open to full-time employment
– Strong organisational skills – you're the type who keeps spreadsheets clean and deadlines met
– Comfortable working with data: reading campaign metrics and drawing sensible conclusions
– Genuine interest in music, social, and internet culture
– Self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-moving startup with minimal hand-holding
Nice to Have
– Experience managing freelancers or distributed teams
– Basic technical comfort (CSV/spreadsheet workflows, light tooling)
