Campervan Company seeks Full-Time Receptionist
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who not only excels at keeping things running smoothly, but enjoys it too? Located in Rancho Cordova, we’re a small, fast-paced Campervan conversion and rental company looking for a full-time Receptionist who is thorough, reliable, and ready to jump in and make a difference.
About the Role
As the receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You’ll manage the front desk, answer the phone, maintain the lobby, and help keep our team on track through effective calendar maintenance.
You’ll also provide rental information, build quotes, and support the team with a variety of administrative tasks. A strong understanding of our products and services will be important for success. You’ll be expected to learn our rental offerings thoroughly so you can confidently communicate with customers and support internal operations.
This role also requires comfort and confidence driving our Sprinter vans, including short and long-distance driving, parking, and understanding how the vehicles operate in order to better assist customers.
In this role, flexibility and initiative are key—every day brings something a little different.
This position reports directly to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Answer the main phone line and direct calls professionally
Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming lobby environment
Manage and coordinate calendars and appointments across the company
Provide information about our rental services and build rental quotes
Organize and maintain digital files
Assist with maintaining office and breakroom inventory
Support the team with general administrative tasks

Starting Pay: $20/hour
