About the Role:
Responsible for managing the daily operations of card issuance and card maintenance processes, including card processing, personalization, and delivery, in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operational processes related to bank cards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth card operations, including regulatory compliance and returned card management.
- Conduct regular (daily and monthly) coordination with vendors to ensure end-to-end support for card operations, from card request to delivery, in line with expected service levels, including coordination for new card production projects.
- Perform periodic card inventory forecasting (card stock forecasting) to ensure adequate card availability.
- Review audit findings related to card operations and provide initiatives and feedback on audit findings or corrective action plans to monitor follow-up implementation.
- Identify root causes of operational issues and propose improvement initiatives covering the entire card lifecycle, from card requests and production to delivery.
- Ensure production and card delivery SLAs are achieved according to established targets.
- Process vendor invoice payments within the agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate with project partners and project owners to ensure ongoing and upcoming projects are implemented effectively.
- Continuously assess and improve bank card operational processes to enhance efficiency and achieve production and delivery SLA targets.
- Recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and technologies used in card operations to support the achievement of established SLAs.
About You:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and GPN card management systems, as well as supply chain and distribution management.
- Experience using card management systems and workflow management tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet applications), including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and customized reporting.
- Ability to maintain productivity and work quality during high-pressure periods, such as quarter-end, year-end, or times of increased operational demands.
- Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and GPN card management systems, as well as supply chain and distribution management, is preferred.
- Professional certification in banking or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience, with experience in banking card management.
