Candidate will be responsible to lead the development of strategies to improve air cargo and warehouse operations. He/She drives continuous improvement and business development initiatives to improve processes and meet customer needs. He/She develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and systems to reduce safety or security risks, and ensures safety or security standards are adhered to. He/She also advises authorities and other teams to manage possible incidents involving hazardous materials or goods. He/She develops team members technical capabilities and maintains their positive morale.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor Degree, qualification in logistic or supply chain will be an advantage
5 years or more as Manager Cargo
Must have an extensive knowledge of cargo handling procedures, international airfreight regulations and policy requirements.
Should be familiar with organisational safety regulations and practices.
Must possess strong social and people management skills in order to build and maintain relationships.
Needs to be adaptable and manages stressful situations within a tight period.
