We’re looking for a Casemix Manager who can bridge strategy and operations — ensuring BPJS and insurance processes run flawlessly from start to finish.
Responsibilitie
- sPartner with hospital leaders to plan and improve BPJS operations
- .Work with Finance to analyze gross margins and find ways to make BPJS cases more profitable
- .Monitor billing vs. BPJS reimbursements and identify opportunities for improvement
- .Build relationships with clinics, hospitals, and industry networks to secure referral priorities
- .Collaborate with medical teams to manage patient length of stay and optimize resources
- .Oversee daily supervision of BPJS patients and ensure smooth claim processes
- .Guide teams on the latest BPJS regulations and ensure full compliance
- .Solve claim rejections and prevent potential fraud cases
