Service Cashier / Receptionist / Loaner Car Coordinator
Location: Peltier Kia Longview, Longview, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
Join our fast-paced Service & Parts team as a key customer-facing team member! We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to greet customers, handle payments, coordinate loaner vehicles, and keep our service department running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome customers in person and by phone; answer questions and direct them to the right staff member.
Process customer payments accurately for service and parts transactions (cash, credit, etc.).
Manage the check-in and check-out process for loaner vehicles, ensuring proper documentation and vehicle inspections.
Maintain clear records of loaner vehicle usage and availability.
Schedule and confirm service appointments as needed.
Assist with filing, data entry, and general office support to the service and parts team.
Help ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of our dealership.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or front desk/reception preferred (automotive experience a plus).
Strong communication skills—friendly, patient, and professional.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Comfortable with computers and basic office software.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
