Job Summary:
The Data & Catalogue Executive is responsible for entering data into platform, managing and maintaining product catalogs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across platforms. This role involves coordinating with multiple teams to streamline data accuracy, catalog updates, enhance product visibility, and optimize user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry and facilitate merchant onboarding onto the Red Ant platform.
- Create and revise catalog items, such as food menus and groceries, to meet the specifications of the company’s app platform.
- Ensuring that product descriptions, prices, images, and other relevant details are accuracy and correct.
- Collaborate with sales team to gather detailed product descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the Key Account and Sales teams to ensure merchant information is complete and accurate prior to go-live.
- Effectively manage and oversee the stock of raw and finished catalog items.
- Stay updated on industry trends to recommend improvements to catalog design and management processes. Perform other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualification and Skills:
- Ability to use designing software, catalogue tools, and other platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, food, or retail catalogue requirements is a plus.
